We are proud to share that RAUCH Fruchtsäfte, a major player in beverage production in general and fruit juices in particular, has adopted MICA Advance Alicyclobacillus for routine quality control at its Austrian site.
The method is now used in routine on both filterable and non-filterable matrices, supporting the control of guaiacol-positive Alicyclobacillus in a demanding production environment.
With MICA Advance Alicyclobacillus, laboratories can obtain fast, culture-based results from 24h, with automated enumeration in CFU.
